The OVCPD envisions to be the forerunner of the revitalization of the unused equipment, facilities, and spaces. It also entails to streamline efficient plans for MSU-Buug to develop livable, smart, sustainable infrastructure and community.
The OVCPD aims to facilitate the strategic planning, development, and improvement of MSU Buug gearing towards the optimal utilization of its resources. Furthermore, this office aims to create a university environment that enhances the teaching, learning, research, and overall university experience through keeping updated with trends, best and sustainable practices and emerging technologies. The office will serve as a precursor in mapping out a forward-thinking masterplan to achieve the mission and vision of MSU Buug through leveraging research, innovation, and collaboration.
The main function of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Planning and Development of MSU Buug Campus is the physical and structural development of the campus. Currently, its immediate task is the crafting and submission for approval and evaluation of the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan. The LUDIP is dubbed as the blueprint of the modernization and development of MSU-BUUG Campus.
