Overview

The Office is one of the divisions under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA) and is led by an Acting Registrar who acts as the Head of the division and oversees all activities of the different sections under it as well as its personnel. Acts as a Campus council secretariat and takes responsibility for the administrative section that handles clerical tasks of the office.

Mission

The Office of the Registrar envisions itself as a showcase of service orientation in the University providing prompt, efficient, courteous, and responsive services to the academic community and external entities.

An academic support unit with a competent and honest staff highly committed to excellent service.

The Office of the Registrar aims to fulfill the following:

  2. Maintaining effective and efficient records management
