It prepares its graduates for technical and administrative positions in the government, including the Foreign Service and Civil Society. It is a good preparation for those interested in taking up law. BPA students therefore who expectedly will work in government organizations have to be trained along these managerial expertise and responsibilities with the highest level of efficiency, morality and commitment to public service. The Human Resource Management as an area of specialization would provide learning and skills for the improvement of the quality of resource managers, management systems, and the installation of efficient and responsive delivery system. Public Fiscal Administration as another area of specialization would train students to become future budget officers, fiscal planners, fiscal policymakers and fiscal analysts.
