The Accounting Services Division is responsible for the bookkeeping, liquidation, assessment, and billing of financial transactions. The division shall be responsible for journalizing transactions, record keeping, ledger generation, and maintenance of funds available in the institution. The division is also assigned to the initial review, control, and monitoring of advances and liquidation transactions. The division shall also be responsible for handling the assessment of students’ school fees which involves recording, monitoring, and control of the individual account of the students. The division is also responsible for the Billing transactions and recording of payment history and account balances of the University’s Income Generating Projects and Business-Related Fund.
