The Cashiering Services Division is responsible for the disbursement, collection, and deposit processes in the institution. The division shall be responsible for the proper recording, correctness, and completeness of collections as well as the reportorial requirements, ledger, and registry maintenance for disbursement. The division shall also be responsible for handling the payments and liquidations from cash advances for payroll, allowances, scholarships, and other operating expenses for special projects and activities of the University. The division shall also handle and facilitate timely payments to Suppliers and ensure correctness and proper documentation of payment transactions of funds.
