COLLEGE GOALS

1. To promote advanced learning aided with state-of-the-art facilities for pre-service teachers;
2. To produce topnotchers and at least eighty percent LEPT passers; and
3. To provide high caliber license professional teachers in Zamboanga Peninsula and beyond.

COLLEGE OBJECTIVES

The College of Education is committed to attain the following objectives:

1. Provide quality education and training to prospective teachers;
2. Offer advanced professional training for school administrators;
3. Enrich programs for values education to promote inter-cultural understanding, solidarity, peace, and development;
4. Serve as prime mover in the preservation and enrichment of the cultural heritage of the country;
5. Initiate and facilitate researches on teacher education and other related fields; and
6. Develop among prospective teachers’ knowledge and skills in the transformation processes involved towards a culture of peace and development.
