The Supply and Property Division is responsible for the management of supplies, and materials as well as the property, plant, and equipment available in the institution. The Office is responsible for the processing of the issuance of the expandable and semi-expandable items as well as the issuance of the property, plant, and equipment. The Office shall also be responsible for the processing of the payment for the other related services for the suppliers of the university. The Office shall manage, and secure the continuous relationship between the institution to the suppliers.
