To prepare graduates excelling in hospitality and tourism industry by integrating theories, experiences, researches, and by utilizing innovative technology and productive-proven faculty; and, to commit further in disseminating expertise and knowledge (in the area of business0 to the people of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and beyond by building lasting relationships among students’ community and industries.

The College is dedicated to be recognized as a regional pacesetter in hospitality and tourism management and to lead in business and marketing research, being the premier institution in Zamboanga Peninsula.
Goals
To apply the basic principles of analytical thinking and problem solving when examining the hospitality management issues
To demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to function effectively in a diverse and global organizational environment.
To demonstrate personal and professional standards for ethical decision-making and social behavior.
To be recognized as a pacesetter in hospitality and tourism management and to lead in business and marketing research being the premier institution in Zamboanga Sibugay.
Objectives
To develop appropriate strategies for reaching student career goals in the local/global hospitality and tourism fields
To integrate hospitality and tourism business principles and current trends to lead in diverse, collaborative, and local/global environments.
To apply innovative and imaginative methods to Hospitality and Tourism businesses utilizing ethical and sustainable practices.
To demonstrate effective and efficient communication skills in all settings.
